1. Services
We provide skincare, wellness, and spa services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
A valid payment method may be required to book an appointment.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to [100%] of the scheduled service.

We accept cash, Sunhaven gift cards, and credit card payments.

All sales of services and products are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once a service has been rendered. Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from treatments or products.
